Warranty
All Sling Pitcher™ products are backed by a 1 year limited warranty when purchased from an authorized dealer, distributor, wholesaler, retailer or reseller. Sling Pitcher’s limited warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser and to no other purchaser or transferee of the product. Sling Pitcher™ warrants to the first consumer purchaser that this Sling Pitcher™ product when shipped in its original container will be free from defective workmanship and materials and agrees that it will, at its option, either repair the defect or replace the defective product at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or which has been altered or modified in design or construction. This warranty does not cover worn or damaged elastic tubing. Balls of any kind and the carry bag are also excluded from this warranty.

Sling Pitcher™ requires a receipt as proof of purchase. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you retain your original sales receipt.

If the Sling Pitcher™ you have purchased meets the failure requirements specified above within 1 year of purchase, please contact us at Info@slingpitcher.com or call our Customer Service Department 1-877- SLING77 (1-877-754-6477) to process your return.

To obtain replacement parts or products, please go online at slingpitcher.com to order.  Sling Pitcher™ is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization.

Return Policy
The Standard Return Policy for Sling Pitcher is 30 days from receipt of the product, unless noted otherwise on any promotional offering. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories that were included in the original shipment. Sling Pitcher will refund the original purchase price. Adjustments may be made to refunds for returns not meeting these requirements. Customer must call to request a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless specifically pre-authorized by Sling Pitcher.
